"A quick trip to High Wycombe for a MELO events live session. I met Sean at the entrance (Sean is a great young enthusiastic musician and events organiser, throwing loads of energy at making a life in the music world). He wicked me up to the studio where I met the recording engineer. I was asked a few questions regarding my sound and the mics were set up accordingly. I was asked to do a quick intro and play through five songs. I rattled through them with just one retake. It was a great chilled atmosphere, perfect for one take recordings. We had a listen back and I have to say these guys know what they are doing. The sound is that good I’m releasing a live EP of the session. I really enjoy working with Sean and this was a great experience. I am looking forward to the videos of all the performers / song writers that have been involved."
